Changes in employment law

One of the most significant changes to employment law in recent years will take
place on 1 October 2006 with the introduction of age discrimination. Manches is
hosting an employment law update at which companies will be provided with practical
and up-to-date information on the very latest changes in employment law including
the new rules relating to the transfer of staff on a business transfer and the use
of Compromise Agreements for binding departing employees on the termination of their
employment.
